The Hunter HK-44A Acme Inlet Quick Coupler Valve Key has a special one inch Acme Inlet configuration and has a one inch male NPT threaded and a three-quarter inch female NPT threaded outlet. The metal handle (shown pointing down) screws into the three-quarter inch female threaded outlet on the key.
The Hunter HK-44A Quick Coupler Acme Valve Key is virtually universal and will fit all Hunter, Rainbird, Toro and Buckner one inch brass quick coupler valves utilizing a one inch Acme Keyway (special) set-up. It is not intended for use on standard quick coupler valves.
Fits Hunter HQ-44RC-AW, HQ-44LRC-AW and HQ-44LRC-AW-R Quick Couplers which utilize an Acme Keyway Inlet set-up.
Also fits Rainbird one inch Quick Couplers with Acme Keyway set-ups.
Also fits all Toro and Buckner one inch quick couplers with Acme Keyway set-ups.
Note - Acme Keyways are an unusual configuration not found on most quick coupler valves in use today, so be sure that you do have an Acme Keyway before ordering this product. This valve key will not fit a standard quick coupler valve not utilizing an Acme Keyway.
