Available for Same Day or Next Day Shipment. The Well-Rite WR120 Well Pressure Tank Diameter is 16 inches wide x 42.75 inches tall and this tank has a female threaded one inch bottom inlet elbow. The WR120 Tank has equal specifications and is a direct replacement for all tank brands and models listed at bottom of page*
Drawdown (before pump kicks on) is 13.3 gallons with a 20-40 pressure switch, 11.3 gallons with a 30-50 pressure switch and 9.7 gallons with a 40-60 pressure switch.
The WR120 tank is equivilent in performance to an 82 gallon galvanized (non-bladder) tank, and has an actual tank water volume of 33.4 gallons.
The WR120 tank has a factory pressure charge of 38 lbs psi and maximum operating pressure is rated for 125 lbs psi. Regardless of what tank brand or size you install, your tank bladder pressure must be adjusted to your pressure switch situation at time of tank installation in order for your well system to operate correctly. Follow link provided for tank installation and pressure adjustment instructions.
Notice - Our entire stock of Well-Rite, Flexcon H2Pro, Well-X-Trol and Flexcon Challenger tanks all contain Diaphragms now instead of "bladders" for longer service life.
Well-Rite WR tanks sit on a full skirt to distribute weight evenly and have a steel inlet connection. They do not sit on 3 prongs with a plastic (easily split) inlet fitting as do discount store grade tanks.
Solidly constructed with a welded, stainless steel connection, the Well-Rite Series puts the tank in water tank. Well-Rite tanks are distinctly designed with our patented and innovative controlled action diaphragm (CAD), which eliminates coatings, liners and plastic bladders.
The CAD is surrounded in a pre-pressurized atmosphere that reduces condensation and forces the diaphragm to expand and contract the same way, every time. Our patented controlled action, double diaphragm assembly completely contains drawdown water. The water chamber does not chafe on the tank wall. This unique diaphragm design is constructed with an FDA approved, high-grade butyl rubber compound. NSF certifies Well-Rite tanks as conforming to standard 61 for drinking water system components. The CAD system is anchored by our stainless steel water connection which is totally lead free, and NSF approved for the highest sanitary standard. A full flow stainless steel port diffuser directs water flow upward and outward while firmly locking the lower diaphragm in place.
Well-Rite tanks are finished with a high quality traditional blue urethane paint system that combines durable all-weather protection with a deep gloss, appliance look.
All of our quality tanks are backed by a five year written, limited warranty.Well-Rite tanks are quality tested at four different stages on the production line. Tests include helium and high pressure tests to ensure the structural integrity of every tank.
